| Bank of America is predicting the S&P 500 will end 2021 at the 3,800 level--a significant drop from this month's stratospheric levels, with stock buy-backs and insider sales at record levels as well. Earnings growth also at peak levels, and individual investor are all-in. B of A's numbers are "Priced for Perfection--" meaning, no provision for anything to "go wrong."
